CuComply was set up in 2014 and is the trading name of Keith Winters. Keith is a law graduate of University College Cork with a keen interest in compliance, risk management and financial services regulation, and he has been working with Irish credit unions since 2012.

 

CuComply is currently working in compliance & risk roles with a number of Credit Unions that have combined assets in excess of €500 million. Having worked with credit unions ranging from €27 million in assets to over €200 million CuComply has a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for Irish credit unions and how that landscape can both facilitate and inhibit growth and development. 

 

The aim of CuComply is to equip credit unions with the practical tools to manage their governance and compliance burden in a risk-sensitive manner whilst embracing the need for business-model evolution. CuComply can help credit unions establish risk, compliance and governance frameworks that add value and enable progression to a more robust business.
